I firstly analysed the codes and conventions of school magazines, and put it on my blog. secondly i took pictures of students (my friends) to include in my magazine. I then began my magazine, my first task was to create a front cover and a contents page for a new school magazine. I had to include a photo of a student in medium close-up, i put mine as my main image on the front cover. My photo had to be original, and taken by me for the coursework; i asked my friend Katie Dawson to be my main model, then chose a few friends to be included in my magazine as extra pictures. I had to use photoshop to edit my photos, and had to use in design to deisign the layout.I then had to save the finished versions as jpgs into the finished folder on the diskbox.
